★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tomei um cappuccino que estava frio, pedi um croissant brioche com fiambre e deram me um com queijo algo que eu não pedi disse a empregada que o cappuccino estava frio e que não tinha pedido queijo no croissant e a resposta de ela foi que podia aquece-lo. Tive que pagar por algo que não pedi e que estava frio, só tem lá a trabalhar brasileiras e elas não entendem o português. O atendimento foi péssimo e o serviço de muita má qualidade. Não sabem servir as pessoas.
I had a cappuccino that was cold, I ordered a brioche croissant with ham and they gave me one with cheese something I didn't ask the maid said that the cappuccino was cold and that she had not asked for cheese on the croissant and her answer was that it. I had to pay for something I didn't ask for and it was cold, there are only Brazilian women working there and they don't understand Portuguese. The service was terrible and the service was very poor quality. They don't know how to serve people.

Very good coffee shop express moments. The pastries could be fresher but I think it was because it was at the end of the day that I visited them and the pastry was already over. The service was very friendly and efficient. A beautiful place to visit in Chaves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pena no ser portugués para que te atiendan como se debe en este lugar. Tienen pasaporte de prioridad ellos en la atención, que por otra parte queda mucho que desear.
Gracias por tu sonrisa y atención nunca volveré a tu establecimiento a tomar algo, debe ser que ganas mucho con los de la zona para atender así de bien.
