Atendimento excelente mas seria útil que mostrassem o resto das instalações aos potenciais clientes que visitam o monte. I only knew the wine shop and the outside of the unit. Excellent service but it would be helpful if they showed the rest of the facilities to potential customers who visit the mount.

Chegamos , dissemos que queríamos conhecer, disseram que estava aberto só para comprar vinho, abriram a porta , sem sequer ligar as luzes , nem dar explicações sobre nada. Depois deste acolhimento já só me apetecia virar costas e vir embora, mas lá comprei duas garrafas contra vontade própria só para fazer o capricho á minha esposa. Descontente... Esperava mais , depois de tantos comentários positivos que vi. Espero que tenham mais sorte que eu. É novembro, talvez não estejam á espera de ninguém. The space is big and beautiful, the reception was dry. We arrived, we said we wanted to meet, they said it was only open to buy wine, they opened the door, without even turning on the lights or giving any explanations about anything. After this welcome I just wanted to turn around and leave, but there I bought two bottles against my will just to indulge my wife. Discontented... I expected more, after so many positive comments I saw. I hope you are luckier than me. It's November, maybe they're not expecting anyone.
