★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this train station 10 on 10 for the location - picturesque.
Got the train for a joy ride from Cascais to Lisboa - the ticket machine at the station didn’t work, was told by the attendant we can buy the ticket on the train.
On the train - we enquired to buy the ticket with the Ticket Checker who said we had to buy the ticket from the platform, at Cascais and he couldn’t sell us tickets on board.
So when we got to Cascais went to the exit gates and told the person there of the situation - the person / security guard said to us we were making up a story and would be fined, thankfully just them some other people walked up with the same problem. Looks like a scam of some sorts with them trying to extort money from tourists.
Anyways the ride the great and the view very scenic - and we fought for our right at the station so we’re not fined anything more than the cost of the ticket in the end - all’s well that end well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small station with a privileged view, in front of the beach. I saw a sunrise from there and it was amazing. However, unfortunately, the place itself is quite dirty, full of tickets on the floor and with no one to clean or give information when needed.
