★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pós-venda deixa muito a desejar. Quando tudo corre bem, é um ótimo sítio para comprar pelos preços competitivos. Na 1ª vez que comprei um produto nesta loja, correu tudo muito bem. Fui lá uma 2ª e tive problemas com a instalação e após 3 meses ainda estou à espera de solução, nem se dignam a contactar o cliente. Quem quiser confiar na sorte que arrisque. Da minha parte nunca mais!!
 After-sales leaves a lot to be desired. When everything goes well, it is a great place to buy at competitive prices. The first time I bought a product at this store, everything went very well. I went there a 2nd and had problems with the installation and after 3 months I am still waiting for a solution, nor deign to contact the customer. Anyone who wants to trust the luck they risk. Never again from me !!

Attentive staff. Exposure could be improved. There are equipment of the same type throughout the store, which does not make choosing easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita gente a falar nos preços mais baixos que se pode encontrar... Afinal.. após compra de um grande electrodoméstico de uso diário, fazendo uma simples pesquisa de comparação de preços encontrei bastantes sítios onde era muito mais barato, diferenças que chegam a cento e muitos euros de diferença!!!
As críticas aqui que falam nos preços baixos, de certeza que só compararam com superfícies caríssimas como as wortens... Ou fnacs...
( E só fiz a comparação de preços depois porque ia á confiança de algumas opiniões... E tb porque não tinha o modelo para a pesquisa, só tinha visto um catálogo na loja )
A lot of people talking about the lowest prices you can find... After all... after buying a large appliance for daily use, doing a simple price comparison search I found many places where it was much cheaper, differences that reach one hundred and many euros of difference!!!
The reviews here that talk about low prices, I'm sure they only compared it with very expensive surfaces like wortens... Or fnacs...
(And I only did the price comparison later because I was going to trust some opinions... And also because I didn't have the model for the research, I had only seen a catalog in the store)
