★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spectacular view. They had some food trucks and some tables selling shell, stone, and fossil related hand crafted items as well as hand made jewelry. Good prices for cute stuff.
Downside is, tourists leave trash behind. My son and I picked up some trash and threw it out so it wouldn't blow into the ocean. I say tourists, because locals don't visit places like this on a regular basis (it's like the hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers who have never been to the statue of liberty despite living nearby).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before arriving at the sanctuary, you see a billboard and a kind of parking at your right hand side. Here is the access to the dinosaur trail. You could Drive down the unpaved road to a small parking further down, but if this one is occupied, good luck getting back. The trail is about 5 kms and it requires decent shoe work. The surroundings are beautiful especially in may when all flowers colour the landscape. It is quiet and rough. Just you and the elements.
