A Moon, representada em Portugal pela SIVA, é uma empresa especializada em sistemas de recarga elétrica e comercializa soluções de mobilidade elétrica destinadas a cliente particulares, a clientes empresariais e como operador de postos de carregamento (OPC).
No meu caso, como comprei um veículo elétrico do grupo SIVA, na qualidade de cliente particular, contratei à Moon, através da SIVA, a instalação de uma wall box para uso doméstico e, como é normal, quando se contrata um serviço, para além da sua conclusão, esperemos que os especialistas resolvam também os problemas técnicos e burocráticos que surgam até à sua conclusão.
Infelizmente não foi o caso, os técnicos da Moon, durante mais de meio ano, não conseguiram resolver os problemas com a e-redes para encontrar uma solução de aumento de potência elétrica contratada. Passados mais de 9 meses e sem solução do problema por parte da Moon com a e-redes, acabei por anular o pedido de aumento da potência elétrica.
No final e sem que a Moon tenha conseguido ultrapassar os constrangimentos de um pedido de aumento de potência elétrica, para meu espanto, recebi um email do concessionário da SIVA, a comunicar para proceder ao pagamento pela totalidade do Homecheck e da ficha eletrotécnica emitida pelo instalador da MOON, com o argumento de que foi o cliente que decidiu não avançar com a instalação do carregador.

Moon, represented in Portugal by SIVA, is a company specialized in electric charging systems and sells electric mobility solutions aimed at private customers, business customers and as an operator of charging stations (OPC).
In my case, as I bought an electric vehicle from the SIVA group, as a private customer, I hired Moon, through SIVA, to install a wall box for domestic use and, as is normal, when a service is contracted, in addition to of its conclusion, let us hope that the specialists will also solve the technical and bureaucratic problems that arise until its conclusion.
Unfortunately this was not the case, Moon technicians, for more than half a year, were unable to solve the problems with the e-redes to find a solution to increase the contracted electrical power. After more than 9 months and without resolution of the problem by Moon with the e-redes, I ended up canceling the request for an increase in electrical power.
In the end, and without Moon being able to overcome the constraints of a request for an increase in electrical power, to my amazement, I received an email from the SIVA dealer, informing me to proceed with the payment for the entire Homecheck and the electrotechnical sheet issued by the installer. from MOON, with the argument that it was the customer who decided not to proceed with the installation of the charger.
