★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lake is a man-made one but very nice and with different depths too. It has pool lile style stairs to get in and out of water.
The water itself is cool but not as clear as the other river beaches but, that is no problem.
The parking is free.
There is a cafe and a restaurant both run by one person (at least today) so be patient.
I would recommend the veal steak on the hot stone if you want is done certain way (you are basically cooking it), but even the kids liked the "normal" steak with egg.
All in all good place to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plenty of space and shade. Peaceful place where you can enjoy the sound of running water. There's a bar that serves good food at decent prices. Water is clean. There is also a specific area if you want to bring your pet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in a very cute little village. A real hidden gem in central Portugal. We visited in February and it was very quiet but I'm sure in the summer it is a great place to cool off and enjoy some sunshine. We got to see some village chickens roaming around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good place to be with family. It does get a little crowded in the high season. However there’s free parking, tables for a good meal with all and an awesome pool of fresh water to enjoy.
