Bom atendimento, muita qualidade e alem de tudo muito higiénico... Recomendo. I've been there a few times and used all the suites from the basic to the best and nothing to say negatively ... Good service, great quality and besides everything very hygienic ... I recommend.

Ontem (07/11/2021) resolvi fazer uma surpresa à mulher com uma ida para a suite com piscina durante 4 horas, sem nada a apontar relativamente às instalações, não é a primeira vez que damos uma escapada a este motel. O espanto vem depois quando vamos para pagar pelas 4h e o recepcionista me diz que falta um roupão na habitação, mandei verificarem novamente a situação e me voltou a dizer que tinham verificado e estava em falta, pedi-lhe que viesse ao carro verificar pessoalmente e pediu-me que voltasse para trás para verificar na suite onde estava o dito roupão. Lá volto eu para trás para procurar o dito roupão, acabo por o encontrar tapado pela coberta da cama. Infelizmente o Horly tem uma funcionária de quartos tão incompetente que nem foi capaz de verificar devidamente a cama. Todos nós erramos mas um erro deste tipo é completamente inadmissível. Apenas me pediram desculpas pelo sucedido. Se voltarei a repetir neste motel ? Julgo que sim mas aconselho a todos a deixarem a roupa bem visível não vaia a ser o caso que nesse dia tenham de serviço a mesma funcionaria incompetente e os façam passar pela maior vergonha da vida ! Se fosse de madrugada ainda poderia ter um "desconto", agora às 20h é que me parece algo completamente descabido. O que mereciam era que eu nem me tivesse deslocado, exigisse algum responsável no exterior e pedido imediatamente o livro de reclamações. I hereby express my displeasure with the service provided. Yesterday (07/11/2021) I decided to surprise the woman with a trip to the suite with the pool for 4 hours, with nothing to mention regarding the facilities, it is not the first time that we have taken a break from this motel. The astonishment comes later when we go to pay for 4 am and the receptionist tells me that there is a bathrobe missing in the room, I had the situation checked again and he told me again that they had checked it and it was missing, I asked him to come to the car and check it personally and he asked me to go back to check in the suite where said robe was. There I go back to look for said robe, I end up finding it covered by the bed cover. Unfortunately Horly has such an incompetent room attendant that she wasn't even able to properly check the bed. We all make mistakes, but a mistake of this kind is completely unacceptable. They just apologized for what happened. Will I repeat this in this motel? I think so, but I advise everyone to leave their clothes clearly visible, don't be the case that on that day they have to work, it would work incompetent and make them go through the greatest shame of life! If it was dawn, I could still have a "discount", now at 20:00 it seems to me something completely out of place. What they deserved was that I hadn't even moved, demanded someone responsible abroad and immediately asked for the complaints book.

Questionei o porquê e justificaram por ser fim de semana e uma suite mais cara, mas já estive na mesma suite e não pediram nenhuma identificação ao fim de semana. Quarto mediano jacuzzi, sem roupão, sem chinelos, lençóis coçados. Limpeza nada a apontar. Reception service without criteria, whether they ask for the CC or not. Zero privacy. I asked why and they justified it because it was a weekend and a more expensive suite, but I've been in the same suite and they didn't ask for any identification on the weekend. Medium jacuzzi room, no bathrobe, no slippers, threadbare sheets. Cleaning nothing to point out.

V	Vítor Moura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very comfortable and very clean. The price is average and I would say that confidentiality is maintained quite well. You can also order food and the prices are quite good, even though I don't know about the quality of the food because I didn't try it.
