P	Pedro Oliveira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dão garantia apenas de um ano quando a lei confere obrigatoriedade de dois (salvo convenção entre as partes), alegam que a garantia é apenas de motor e caixa quando a lei os obriga a dar garantia de tudo o que não for peça de desgaste, obrigam a accionar a garantia na oficina deles recusando a oficina da marca na localidade do proprietário da mota. Não recomendo este stand pois considero abusiva esta atitude pois não estão acima da lei.Alem disso ficaram com 250 Euros de sinal sem restituição após desacordo no que concerne a garantias .Se sou de Coimbra naturalmente que não poderei resolver uma avaria em Lisboa muito menos de uma mota cuja autonomia é de 70km. Explicaram bem em que consistia a garantia que prestavam. Pude tomar uma decisão informada. Não tenho muita experiência em mecânica e têm prestado informações uteis e têm sido muito disponíveis para responder às questões por mim colocadas. Um serviço focado no cliente, como tem de ser. Trouxe-a nesse dia e mal se aguentou até ao destino. Passados 2,5 meses estou sem mota e sem dinheiro. Infelizmente não tive em consideração outros comentários negativos. Fugir desta empresa. Não prestam para vender nem para reparar. Nota: já havia feito esta publicação no dia 11 de agosto e pediram-me que a retirasse com a promessa que entrariam em contacto comigo no dia 16.
