I just watched a video where marc travels goes to your workshop and the owner refuses to fix the bike or even try to understand what's going on with the bike a poor representation of our country that welcomes people so well a shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só tem interesse em vender. Manutenção e atendimento não digno de uma empresa com esta imagem e marca. Queixa: manutenção feita aqui em Março 2021, valor 110,53 euros. Logo notei que o tempo do arenque era maior e falhando ao trabalhar. Não levei em conta (os homens sabem o que estão a fazer - são representantes da marca! ). Novembro deste mesmo 2021, com o tempo a arrefecer, a moto não quer dar arenque. Verificada a vela de ignição reparei que tinha uma folga maior do que precisava levando a esta falha de arenque e estragando também a bateria. Ligando para Motodiana para informar do estado da vela e encomendar uma bateria, logo que ouviram a queixa, cordialmente foi "despachado" com um "obrigado, boa tarde". Assim conseguiram perder outro cliente!

I soon noticed that the herring time was longer and failing to work. I didn't take it into account (men know what they're doing - they're brand representatives!). November of that same 2021, with the weather cooling down, the bike doesn't want to give herring. After checking the spark plug, I noticed that it had a larger gap than I needed, leading to this herring failure and also damaging the battery. Calling Motodiana to inform him of the sail's status and to order a battery, as soon as they heard the complaint, he was cordially "dispatched" with a "thank you, good afternoon". So they managed to lose another customer!
