 We had rented a scooter for 10 days. The staff is pleasant, the prices are correct, the only point to review is punctuality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayant loué 3 motos avec deux amis pendant une semaine pour un road trip au portugal, l’un d’entre eux est tombé avec sa moto (crf250l) et a cassé le frein avant, le frein arrière et abimé divers carénages. À la suite de ça, ce même ami a oublié la clef sur sa moto entrainant une panne de batterie et a cassé la clef accidentellement (quand ça va mal...).
Dans notre malheur nous avons été contents de tomber sur des personnes honnêtes qui nous ont facturé les réparations à un prix plus qu’abordable et qui nous ont fourni une moto de remplacement gratuitement (et mieux que la première qui plus est) pour que nous puissions finir notre road trip. Le tout aura coûté « seulement » 239€ à mon ami pour les réparations soit une partie de sa caution.
Je recommande.
Having rented 3 motorcycles with two friends for a week for a road trip to Portugal, one of them fell with his bike (crf250l) and broke the front brake, the rear brake and damaged various fairings. As a result, this same friend forgot the key on his bike causing a battery failure and accidentally broke the key (when it goes wrong ...).
In our misfortune we were pleased to find honest people who charged us the repairs at a price more than affordable and who provided us with a replacement motorcycle for free (and better than the first one more) so that we can finish our road trip. The whole thing will have cost "only" 239 € to my friend for repairs or part of his deposit.
I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable !!! Nous avions reserve une moto le lundi pour la journee du mercredi 9h30. On arrive, pas de moto, personnel au courant de rien, meme avec le contrat. Finalement, on nous propose la moto a 16h, sachant qu il fait nuit a 17h30
Lamentable !!! We had reserved a motorbike on Monday for the day of Wednesday 9:30 am. We arrive, no motorbike, staff aware of nothing, even with the contract. Finally, we are offered the bike at 4 p.m., knowing that it is dark at 5.30 p.m.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a Honda CRF 250 from Fernando. The picture on Google Maps shows a corner office. This is where you go to rent the bike. There are two shops near each other. So it might confuse you. He was professional and helpful. Everything happened the way advertised. The bike ran very well. I was able to cruise around and sight see. I went to Silves, Monchique, out near Sagres, and just around town. I recommend using Fernando to rent a scooter or bike for sure.
