★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On arrival was greeted by Mariela who spoke very good English.The site was full but Mariela found us a spot, unfortunately it was rather sloped even after using our ramps. After parking up we were shown around the park. All services and toilet & Showers included for 6€ per night for two people, electric and use of washing machine extra, communal area to sit and play games with books and DVD to exchange and information about local walks/cycling. Wednesdays they have Portuguese soup evening and Saturdays BBq & games for a small fee. There was some noise from the road so ear plugs needed. Thanks we hope to return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to stay. We only arrived for one night, to dump waste and take on water etc, as we are wild campers, however we got good vibes and a warm, friendly feeling here, so we ended up staying for 10 days.
The place is family run, and the owners Pedro and Mirielle, are a very welcoming couple. Each Saturday they make a barbecue, which I found out is legendary, and fabulous, the home made desserts afterwards are fab too, eat as much as to want everything. Pedro does a flaming Chorizo night too, which is when you meet with other campers from all countries in Europe, and friendships begin. Truly, this is a place to experience. Pedro also freely lends out his car to any camper wanting to get supplies from the supermarket in Albufeira. This is a kindness we haven't found anywhere else.
