★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, o senhor que é o responsável pela loja faz nos sentir como se fosse um favor ir até lá para comprar algo. Falta total de educação para com o cliente, falta de respeito e indisponibilidade total para prestar qualquer esclarecimento mínimo sobre os veículos a venda. Para aqueles que não sendo amigo do senhor Ricardo e já estejam habituados a lidar com ele, recomendo que procurem outros stands na zona, como motomadail ou arolli pois nestes locais serão atendidos como devem ser todos os clientes.
Horrible service, the man who is responsible for the store makes us feel as if it were a favor to go there to buy something. Total lack of education towards the customer, lack of respect and total unavailability to provide any minimum clarification on the vehicles for sale. For those who are not friends with Mr. Ricardo and are already used to dealing with him, I recommend that they look for other stands in the area, such as motomadail or arolli as these places will be served as all customers should be.
