Chinese, Bangladesh, African businesses. useful for finding cheap clothes or cases. lower level has groceries where you can find vegetables and spices to prepare ethnic recipes at good prices. the building itself is suffering from abandonment and lack of maintenance and requires improvements

There is a Portuguese language learning institute. There are many offices of ticketing and traveling. These offices are also dealing with stamp and translation of documents in Portuguese. Many of these offices also help for legal communication and applications with Portuguese government. Like finance number application, NIF apply, etc.
