Fiquei com a mobília na rua. A shuttle service was confirmed by the company on 10/24/2020 at 9am. They didn't show up, they didn't call and the cell phone was off. I kept the furniture on the street.

Não podia ter ficado melhor servida, foram mesmo prestáveis, até com alterações de planos à ultima da hora, nunca complicaram o processo só facilitaram. As minhas mudanças por si só foram um pouco caóticas e o facto de eles se prestarem deste modo tornou tudo melhor. Continuem o óptimo trabalho! Friendly team, willing to do whatever was needed and flexible. It could not have been better served, they were really helpful, even with changes of plans at the last minute, never complicated the process just facilitated. My changes by themselves were a bit chaotic and the fact that they lent themselves in this way made everything better. Keep up the great work!

Quando chegam dizem que não compensa o serviço, porque a carrinha maior que têm não alberga tudo o que é para mudar. Não compensa porque têm que fazer mais do que uma viagem. Sugeriram para contratar outra empresa. Deixaram de atender os telefones e o dono da empresa desligou mesmo o telefone, enquanto pediamos justificações. Trabalham mesmo muito mal, sem qualquer consideração pelo cliente e totalmente irresponsáveis. Lack of punctuality. Scheduled a week in advance, combined at 9am, they arrive almost at 11am. When they arrive they say it doesn't pay for the service, because the bigger van they have doesn't have everything to change. It's not worth it because they have to do more than one trip. They suggested to hire another company. They stopped answering the phones and the business owner even hung up the phone while we asked for justifications. They work really badly, without any consideration for the customer and totally irresponsible.

Today we waited 45 min on the street with boxes, luggage and everything- no reply on OLX, no one picked up the phone- not a word! Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful to say the least! Do not book! Everything was confirmed as per my conversation with Mara through OLX, google won’t allow me to post a screen shot but I am happy to send it to your email =) also I have called yesterday and got spoken confirmation on the phone from one of your employees- there was no need for you to wait since this had been scheduled and confirmed since the 23 of September.
