e muita discrepância entre informações prestadas por funcionários diferentes. Dificuldade na obtenção de respostas a clientes particulares.
No entanto, o atendimento prestado pela D. Vera Silva demonstra profissionalismo e empenho, o que é de realçar.
Instalações muito bonitas, agradáveis e modernas.
Little focus on the particular customer. Nonsense opening hours. Close at 4:45 pm ... Little sympathy on first contact
and a lot of discrepancy between information provided by different employees. Difficulty getting answers to particular customers.
However, the care provided by D. Vera Silva demonstrates professionalism and commitment, which is noteworthy.
Very beautiful, nice and modern facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problemas y retraso con el reparto. Mala coordinación con el transportista. Además, el material de la barbacoa es muy débil e inestable. No trae instrucciones y aunque te aconsejan usar silicona especial, se necesita cemento cola para que no se mueva una vez instalada.En nuestro caso tuvimos que reforzar la base con bloques para que fuera más estable.
Problems and delay with the cast. Poor coordination with the carrier. Also, the barbecue material is very weak and unstable. It does not have instructions and although they advise you to use special silicone, glue cement is needed so that it does not move once installed. In our case we had to reinforce the base with blocks to make it more stable.

1. Material dimensionalmente incompatível entre elementos;
2. Churrasqueiras (x2) entregues com defeitos, com não pouca dificuldade para salvaguardar troca;
3. Atrasos nas entregas sempre com a justificação Covid;
4. Ausência completa de coordenação com transportadores;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He comprado horno y barbacoa, y en solo 1 año y medio se ha agrietado el horno de interior a exterior, viéndose grietas por fuera. Y Movelar me dice que no lo cubre la garantía, que es “normal”. Muy decepcionante.
Almenas vino el horno mal, compre un horno de leña y vino con un agujero para Gas. La pintura se cayo en una parte y me mandaron pintura en un tuper para que lo pintase yo. Además con chorretones blancos sobre el exterior negro, muy poco estético.
También se retrasaron en la entrega. Un desastre, que después de pagar unos de los hornos más caros del mercado, se rompa en menos de 2 años y no cubra la garantía!!
I bought an oven and barbecue, and in just 1 year and a half the oven has cracked from inside to outside, showing cracks on the outside. And Movelar tells me that it is not covered by the guarantee, that it is “normal”. Very disappointing.
Almenas the oven came wrong, I bought a wood oven and it came with a hole for Gas. The paint fell off in one part and they sent me paint in a container so that I could paint it myself. Also with white streaks on the black exterior, very unattractive.
They were also late in delivery. A disaster, that after paying for one of the most expensive ovens on the market, it breaks in less than 2 years and is not covered by the guarantee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no professionalism behind the nice pictures you could find in internet or social medias. Their teams are not even capable of handling the orders received. An order made in mid-may, but not processed 6 weeks after without any valid reason. When we contact them, incredible nonchalance towards the client. It is only at that moment that they registered our order for obviously an additional delay to receive our order. And it’s not over yet! ? by having them today on the phone, not even sure that delay announced the 2nd time is honored. Really shame on them ???, at the price of the items they sell. What do they want the client to do with a summer kitchen in the fall/winter ????? :(
