Avec mon copain nous avons commencé le personnal training avec João il y a 2 mois: il est à l'écoute, adapte le programme d'entraînement à chaque personne et parle anglais. C'est vraiment la meilleure décision que nous ayons prise pour reprendre le sport après beaucoup trop d'inactivité due à la crise.
Excellent experience! With my boyfriend, we started personal training with João 2 months ago: he listens, adapts the training program to each person and speaks English. It really is the best decision we have made to return to sport after too much inactivity due to the crisis.
