I have been a customer for several years. Very friendly professionals who easily develop a (almost) family relationship. It is one of my favorite Mr. Blue's and I highly recommend it.

Fui hoje ( 13/01/2018 ) ao Mr. Blue do Allegro às 20: 40 onde já tinha ido outras vezes, pois sou cliente e gosto muito da qualidade e tipo de roupas que têm, mas as empregadas de balcão que estavam lá eram super antipáticas, arrogantes e mostravam a roupa como um grande frete. Este tipo de loja deveria ter outro tipo de empregadas, pois a sua roupa é de muito boa qualidade. Espero na próxima visita que faça tenha empregadas mais qualificadas.

I went today (13/01/2018) to Mr. Blue do Allegro at 20: 40 where I had gone before, because I am a customer and I really like the quality and type of clothes they have, but the waitresses who were there were super unfriendly, arrogant and showed the clothes as a great freight. This type of store should have other types of employees, as their clothes are of very good quality. I hope next time I visit you will have more qualified employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito lento, desorganização, muita dificuldade com peças que vão para costureira: enviam para sítios diferentes, demoram a perceber para onde enviaram, demoram a reencaminhar.
Entre a compra e a entrega decorreram 28 dias, com idas e telefonemas pelo meio... Não voltarei e não recomendo.
Very slow service, disorganization, a lot of difficulty with pieces that go to the seamstress: they send them to different places, they take a long time to understand where they sent them, they take a while to forward them.
Between purchase and delivery, 28 days elapsed, with trips and phone calls in between... I won't come back and I don't recommend it.
