Cobraram-me pelo protetor de colchão o mesmo valor de um edredom de casal, o que eu achei estranho visto que é infinitamente mais fino/menor e cabe na minha máquina de casa e sobra muita espaço. Mas como o estabelecimento parecia profissional e era exatamente isso que eu queria pra garantir que não ficaria manchas, eu aceitei. Quarta feira me ligam pra avisar que um dos edredons era de pena e custaria 8€ a mais porque o serviço é mais complicado, tudo bem nem eu sabia que eram de penas. Tive alguns problemas pessoas e só consegui ir buscar hoje na sexta feira. Quando chego, a senhora que recebeu meus edredons me avisa que ficou uma manchinha e que foi difícil secar o de pena, já estava um pouco irritada mas tudo bem. Eis que chego em casa, acho e manchinha, tudo bem é pequena. Mas o “cheirinho”/gift que colocam pra melhorar o cheiro do edredom, manchou o meu edredom, que aliás ainda está úmido. Para lavar três peças de roupa de cama, eu paguei quase 60€, para voltar com dois manchados, um úmido e outro sendo cobrado mais do que deveria. Segunda voltarei para pedir o livro de reclamações. Pelo menos a senhora que me atendeu era um doce, educada e sincera. Quando precisarem de uma lavanderia, descobri uma hoje ao pé do continente, ótimo serviço, bem mais barato, lavam rápido e fazem todos os serviços. I took my duvets to wash on Monday, a double, a single, and a mattress topper. They charged me for the mattress protector the same amount as a double duvet, which I found strange as it is infinitely thinner/smaller and fits in my machine at home and leaves a lot of space. But as the establishment looked professional and that's exactly what I wanted to ensure it wouldn't get stains, I accepted. On Wednesday they call me to let me know that one of the duvets was feather and would cost 8€ more because the service is more complicated, it's ok, I didn't even know they were feather. I had some personal problems and I only managed to get it today on Friday. When I arrive, the lady who received my duvets tells me that there was a spot and that it was difficult to dry the feather, she was already a little irritated but that's ok. Here's when I get home, I think it's a little stain, it's okay, it's small. But the “smell”/gift they put on to improve the comforter's smell stained my comforter, which by the way is still damp. To wash three pieces of bed linen, I paid almost €60, to return with two stained, one damp and the other being charged more than I should have. Monday I'll be back to ask for the complaints book. At least the lady who attended me was a sweet, polite and sincere. When they need a laundry, I found one today at the foot of the mainland, great service, much cheaper, they wash quickly and do all the services.
