Very good meal, but you have to have lots of patience with the staff. Staff is nice, polite but they tend to do mess with what you order. Mr. Lugar is a place I go for years and I always come back but if you get stressed with not getting what you've asked so... Be prepared. The food is really good and I believe it pays the effort.

We were 2 and we shared a rice noodle fried and the duck pancakes and it was so good! We paid 10€ each, including a couple Chinese beers (whose branding was holographic <3) Very nice staff as well, I’m definitely coming back :)

This is one of the most random reviews ever, but this is the best Chinese food I've ever had. We've been here twice and both times Mr. Lu was here and in the kitchen. The food is so flavorful and cooked perfectly. Each time we ordered several dishes and shared with the table. Although both times we ordered the garlic shrimp which is phenomenal.

Frozen baos, not xiaolongbao with terrible taste, rice never arrived, duck was greasy and with loads of fat instead of meat, prawns were also very greasy. Service was bad and unprofessional and after explaining we were unsatisfied and pointing the mistakes not even an excuse was given. The beer was cold! It was the best part of the dinner. We left without finishing.

Was terribly disappointed. First, I arrived early when restaurant was empty . This was during the time when restaurants had to check for COVID certs in order to dine indoors. I was shocked that the owner walked around without a mask ( the Nepalese staff had masks on), and when I asked him, he just laughed it off. I asked if he checked for certs, again, he said he is not going to care. 2) my 3 friends arrived 10 mins later and we ordered 6 dishes . In total , only 2 came. The rest took another 1 hr and despite repeated reminders, they kept getting our orders wrong. Restaurant was only half full and the owner couldn’t be bothered to help. In the end, we cancelled the last 2 dishes as we had stayed for 2 hours. 3) the food was not authentic and terribly salty. My friend has an allergy reaction to the MSG used and the staff apologized but didn’t care. 4) many other tables complained about their wrong orders and waiting 45 mins between each dish. It was a circus! Many of us shook our heads and looked at each other in disbelief! Would never ever eat there again. And we aren’t tourists- we live in lisbon. They Sure know how to lose potential loyal guests

We went there for dinner, the restaurant is very clean, calm, and the dishes are really good! We ordered 3 courses, the first one was a hot pan with shrimps and cabbage, then we had the Beijing duck and meat hot steamed dumplings. If I could have eaten more I would have had all the menu because everything looked delicious !!
