★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impossible to get in contact. An international parcel in the MRW shop in Carnaxide is not delevered yet after more than 2 weeks. No feedback is given or action is taken on messages from Postnl, the postal office in the Netherlands. My parcel is there in the shop of MRW in Carnaxide. TAKE ACTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a company?**!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, very poor service. No Control, no order, no attention to the costumer. You have to bring cash as they don't have multibanco or MB way. If you ask about this you only get a very bad response. Staff is slow, takes forever to get some change and they have to walk across the whole huge warehouse around 4 times for you to get your package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, they don't deliver the packages as promised. Even if we go to the site and a schedule a new deliver, they simply ignore it. The site have problems when trying to send a text message. They don't have a regular phone number to call, only that 707 number which is a number with value-added as thus is blocked by some phone plans.
Do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrive at 8:30 since website and maps mentions open at 8. Being told to wait untill 9. Good insight into the warehouse, packages being thrown around from one side to another. I now fully understand why Amazon is winning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received a very hostile treatment by the man who is supposed to help customers at MRW Amadora (on 05/01/2022). "Wrong number!", he kept barking at me when I gave him the tracking number of my package (when I finally convinced him to type in the number it actually turned out to be the right one). After this all he had to say was: "it was delivered" (I never received the package, which was the reason I was there). Again, MRW, please train your personnel to at least have a semblance of friendliness and cooperativeness towards customers, this was an absolute disgrace.
