Excelent service! MRW has been very fast. They now have local shops which makes very easy to collect or drop items. MRW also have local telephone numbers which helps a lot. They always call me when I'm not at home. I believe MRW have been doing a great effort to improve service. I only have good things to say.

Absolutely terrible service. My delivery from El Corte Ingles is missing, they ignore the agreed dates, then presumably try to deliver on a different date without any notice, and then just give up. Impossible to locate the order after that — nobody answers the phone, no proper contacts details on the website.

Great service! I've buying from Egitana, and MRW has been very fast. They now have local shops which makes very easy to collect or drop items. MRW also have local telephone numbers which helps a lot. They always call me when I'm not at home. I believe MRW have been doing a great effort to improve service. I only have good things to say.

My package has arrived to Lisboa on the 5th, today is the 18th and they have finally tried to deliver it. This was after multiple calls and the filling of a complaint. Today I get an e-mail stating that they tried to deliver my package and couldn't because it was closed/I was away... I was home the whole day waiting for it. Tried contacting again to no avail, no response at all. If they ran the doorbell and no-one answered why not trying to call me? There is a reason for customers to leave their contact in the orders, and it's for it to be used. If that information was missing from the store, they most certainly got it from my multiple e-mails and the complaint. To top it off: my order was from a flower shop, guess by the time I finally get it (if that ever happens) everything will be dead :( Why is it so hard to pickup the phone? Or answer an e-mail? It's terrible that we have absolutely no way of reaching this company. I wait on the phone for over 5 minutes and nothing happens, if it's the highly paid number (707) they leave me hanging with music, if it's the regular number they just hang up on me :( This is not rocket science, it's enough to give a quick reply either by phone or e-mail. Why ask if we want you to call back if you never do? Now they even have the excuse of COVID but I have had this same experience with this company before. So unprofessional :(

The worst courier service in my life. I had two shipments and I went to take them by myself. They didn't deliver anything. I couldn't communicate with them. They didn't answer the phones. The first shipment was at their office for more than two weeks. I didn't even know that I was waiting a parcel. They didn't bothered to send me a mail or an SMS. When the sender communicate with me then, I went to receive my parcel. The second time I was waiting a parcel from worten and I received an SMS that I was absent during delivery. During LOCKDOWN Haha!!!. AVOID!!!!!

I missed my delivery as the driver was impatient - by the time I opened my door he was gone, well that happens, so I asked them to keep my parcel at the office so I could collect it from there as that was easier than waiting for the second delivery. They confirmed. I made my way to the office the following day and to my surprise they couldn't find my parcel within their 3x3m office and asked me to come back. I obeyed and did come back 4 days later. Surprise surprise they haven't done anything in the meantime and started everything from the scratch in front of me, of course didn't find my parcel and asked me to come back again. Manager was right there and didn´t offer any other better solution so I had to start an argument. Eventually they agreed to pay for the lost parcel, but still asked me to wait another 3 days. After 3 days I had to remind them again and only then they paid. If you have a choice - avoid.

Total scam. They don't actually try to deliver the package, but make you pick it up at their store. Which by the way, you have to find out yourself because they don't notify of this. Their store doesn't answer calls, so you don't know if your package is actually there unless you visit them.

My parcel got lost because of an incorrect address. MRW was swift and helpful and I was able to retrieve my parcel because of them. Special thanks to Ricardo from Responsável Dpto.Operações Internacionais, and Lourenço from MRW POINT Campo de Ourique for both helping me in such a professional and swift manner.
