★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha uma encomenda para receber e nesse dia não ia estar em casa. Telefonei para lá a perguntar se podia ir buscar a encomenda já que ia passar por Beja. Correu tudo bem. A funcionária foi muito simpática.
I had an order to receive and that day I wasn't going to be home. I called there to ask if I could pick up the parcel since I was going to go through Beja. Everything went well. The employee was very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sem dúvida a pior transportadora... Encomendas estraviadas... Enorme tempo de espera... Preços de envio absurdos... Os motoristas têm uma condução que mete a vida de terceiros em risco e ainda fazem gestos ofensivos a quem respeita o código da estrada.. Não recomendo a ninguém...
Undoubtedly the worst carrier... Lost orders... Huge waiting time... Absurd shipping prices... Drivers have a way of driving that puts the lives of others at risk and even make offensive gestures to those who respect the code from the road.. I don't recommend it to anyone...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I amended my original review, because the driver finally called upon his 3rd or 4th attempt to deliver. He spoke some little English, and it was enough for communication. So I drove outside my farm to meet him in person and got the package. I am grateful for his personal efforts. The company should reward this man for being such a great employee.
In regard to the company itself, the other old facts are still true. Nobody at customer support speaks English. Websites don't have English versions. Tracking info is updated poorly. Far from perfect.
