★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their sarviac is too much poor. Usually they don't take any call. At delivery time the delivery parson not make any call to given number. This is the worst courier service ever I use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another garbage delivery company. They dont deliver, dont pick up the phone, lie about attempted deliveries, always the same BS! It wouldnt surprise me if MRW and GLS are run by the same person. SCAMMERS! I strongly advise everybody to stay away from these 2 companies. You would have more of a chance getting your Parcel delivered if you gave it to a homeless person to drop off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son paid extra to have flowers delivered to me on Friday 24th March. I waited in all day with the phone on me at all times. Nothing. He sent e mails to you. Nothing. Saturday- Nothing.Sunday-nothing. 4pm Monday a phone call to say where will he deliver to??? Flowers will be wilting if not dead by now. What sort of service is this? Very inefficient. And don't try to lie and say he came on Friday.....HE DID NOT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery delayed as driver claimed he could not find my home address. The road that he could not find is clearly shown on the MRW web site home page map......
He did not go to the trouble of checking google maps or asking someone in the local area.
One would expect that a company that wishes to succeed would be efficiency conscious and use simple everyday technology to locate delivery addresses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No service. Lies, regarding address not correct, delivery attempt failed and at the same time recorded on the company platform that delivery rescheduled. All fiction. As negative an experience as you can imagine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend sent me a package from The Netherlands to Portugal. I got a ring at my house with a lady from the MRW with the package. So far, so good.
She proceeds to tell me I need to pay 25 euros, to which I had no knowledge as my friend paid everything when sending.
I told her I have no cash with me.
She told she would continue with her route and call me later to see if I have the cash otherwise she will leave the slip.
I still did not have the cash 1 hour later as I had not way to leave the house as my family had left with my key. She leaves the slip.
I call the number provided. No answer ( I called by now more than 20x).
I call the number I found online also more than 20x now, no answer.
I call the customer service number, no answer, a music for over 15 min and now I will get a nice bill for that too...
This is by far the worst customer service / delivery service I have seen in my whole life. I have lived in 3 continents and 7 countries, I have never encountered this level of inefficiency. I am still waiting for some sort of answer from 3 phone numbers I found so far.
