Also has amazing super high quality unique leather products and home furnishings all hand made by the owner who works there and her family. It's a family owned and operated business which to me has so much value in an Era where everything is made in China. The owner is the sweetest woman and is proud to tell her and her families story.. which is an amazing one! My family and I, especially my wife were so inspired by what this amazing family has achieved!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUD is a gem of a little boutique featuring design items from many different Portuguese brands, may it be leather / cork hand bags, small leather goods, beautiful hand-woven blankets & scarfs, porcelain items, stools, even bicycles made of timber. The staff is very knowledgeable and enjoys providing background information on products and their designers. A fabulous place to purchase a gift item or treat oneself with something.

Edit: I've had this bag for about two years and use it almost daily in the summer. It receives tons of compliments and has held up extremely well. It's easy to clean and care for. The only caveat is that I noticed strings coming out of the straps pretty early on, and even when I trim them, more seem to appear. Not sure if there's a way to stop them. They haven't seemed to affect the structure of the straps, so they're more a nuisance. I'm looking forward to coming in for another visit whenever I get to Porto again.
