★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contacto com a empresa para fazer uma mudança. Pediram-me que enviasse mensagem para que ficasse registado. Responderam-me dizendo que estava confirmado. Ficou combinado para daí a duas semanas.
No dia combinado ninguém apareceu. Liguei para a empresa e não havia qualquer registo da minha mudança. Simplesmente não tomaram nota. Liguei para a empresa e estavam a fazer uma outra mudança pelo que me proposeram fazer a mudança noutro dia ou noutro horário. Tendo em conta a experiência decidi optar por outra empresa
I contacted the company to make a change. I was asked to send a message to be registered. They responded by saying that it was confirmed. It was agreed for two weeks from now.
On the agreed day no one came. I called the company and there was no record of my move. They just didn't take note. I called the company and they were making another change so I was asked to make the change on another day or another time. Taking into account the experience I decided to choose another company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei um serviço para domingo ao meio dia. As 13h me disseram que não conseguiriam mais fazer no dia. Prejudicando, assim, todo o planeamento da mudança. Não dá para avisarem no mesmo dia, depoisnde deixarmos tudo organizado para sair de uma casa, q nao conseguem atender.
I scheduled a service for Sunday at noon. At 1pm they told me that they would not be able to do it on the day. Thus, impairing all the planning of the change. It is not possible to give notice on the same day, after we leave everything organized to leave a house, q they are unable to attend.
