★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for dinner and sat in the garden out back. Nice and relaxing shaded area. The grill is back there too so you can see them grill all of the food. Servers were all friendly and attentive. Food was delicious. Would recommend to others and go back.

We stumbled upon Mullen's and decided to eat there after reading the good reviews and we are not disappointed!
Service is quick, food is very delicicious (we had steak with pepper sauce and the duck in orange sauce), cocktails and wine are tasty - perfect!
We hat a quite long chat with one of the waitresses, all the staff is very friendly, not stressed at all even when tables are full.
Recommendation :)

Music is a bit loud but there is a interior calm terrasse as well.
Service is very friendly and reactive
Food is homemade and very tasty.
Portions are very generous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, not great, first upset, couldn't get a shandy, why because they didn't have draft beer on! , but they did have bottles, but still not offered, secondly the menu is not great, it's a typically a tourist place, and not very good at that, definitely not our taste

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was exceptional, we had just arrived to Portugal and had been to a few restaurants prior to Mullens and the service and waiters were all extremely rude. It was a lovely experience, the waitress had great recommendations and was super friendly. The fish was fresh and tuna was extremely flavourful. If you are looking for delicious Portuguese food that comes with a warm and cozy atmospheres paired with spot on service, this is the place to come! As a North American used to North American service standards, this place hit the mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10000% must visit! Hands down best peri-peri chicken I’ve ever had. The sauce was so good we asked to have a bottle of it to take back to Canada. Definitely recommend.

My family and I all had different meals, peri peri chicken, pesto chicken and beef Mozambique and enjoyed it all! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Will be visiting this place again in the future. Wish I had more room for dessert as I’m sure it would have been just as delicious
