Depois de enviar mails e entrar em contato com esta agência via telefone, não obtive qualquer resposta sobre o apartamento que estava interessada em arrendar...
No primeiro telefonema disseram me que o apt estava disponível e que o responsável pelo agendamento das visitas iria entrar em contato comigo...ainda aguardo...
Poderiam no mínimo informar que o apt já não está disponível.
Bad professionalism ... bad organization.
After sending mails and contacting this agency via phone, I didn't get any answer about the apartment I was interested in renting ...
On the first phone call they told me that apt was available and that the person responsible for scheduling visits would contact me ... I am still waiting ...
At the very least, they could report that apt is no longer available.
