Além disso, super arrogante a senhora que atende ao balcão. Foi a primeira vez e a última. É assim que os negócios vão a falência, e depois não sabem como os clientes desaparecem. Sugiro uma uma mudança de comportamento ou mudar de equipa.
I was here today April 25th at 1pm. But first I made the reservation by phone and when I arrived they didn't know anything. In other words, very disorganized. Also, super arrogant the lady who serves the counter. It was the first time and the last. That's how business goes bankrupt, and then they don't know how customers disappear.
