Excellent. Good for reading, studying and for other cultural activities. Although not all employees are up to par, others compensate. It deserves our maxim.

Funcionários públicos são a peste deste país.
Staff who rudely come to people who are studying and say they have to leave the library because there is a rule that tables are for reading newspapers.
civil servants are the plague of this country.
