★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom local para a pratica da natação, embora ao fim do dia esteja mais lotado por estarem a decorrer aulas e apenas 2 pistas estarem disponiveis. Costuma ser suficiente mas, nalguns dias pode ocorrer um maior afluxo de pessoas.
 Good place for swimming, although at the end of the day it is more crowded because classes are taking place and only 2 lanes are available. It is usually sufficient, but on some days there may be a greater influx of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente serviço e funcionários atenciosos. As instalações têm excelentes condições. A água está a uma temperatura adequada para os frequentadores se sentirem confortáveis. Tem funcionários vigilantes a quem se encontra nas piscinas. Tem jacuzzi. Pode-se tomar banho após os exercícios.
Excellent service and attentive staff. The facilities have excellent condition. The water is at a temperature suitable for regulars to feel comfortable. It has vigilant staff in the pools. It has a jacuzzi. One can take a shower after the exercises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice pool with lane swimming, quiet in the morning and early afternoon, gets busy around 5pm. The other swimmers were respectful, the staff were helpful. Visited this pool more than 10 times over 2 weeks. It's not expensive, you will have to fill out a registration form before you or your child swim at the first reception. You ask for a free locker key at the second reception before the changing rooms and they will ask for your registration form which they give back to you when you hand your key back. You must have a swim cap and poolside flip flops, and you can use fins and hand fins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This centre is over 20 years old but is still in absolutely pristine condition. Fantastic pools (main pool 25m X 8 lane) and sky high standard of hygiene. No outside shoes or bare feet allowed. You won't get near the pool without clean flip-flops or similar and swimming caps are obligatory. Bit awkward when you turn up for the first time with neither, but from then on you're sorted.
Makes you wonder whether we shouldn't be a bit more fussy back home.
