Interesting museum. It tells the story of the various battles that took place in the almeida area. There are many war artifacts throughout the museum. Admission is €3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Museo simplemente espectacular y de gran legado histórico!!! Recomiendo su visita 100 por 100, si recorres Almeida tienes que visitar este enclave con gran valor arquitectónico!!! Recomiendo también visitar la sala de exposiciones temporales donde en este caso tuvimos el placer de contemplar navíos españoles, ingleses y franceses de la Batalla de Trafalgar!!!
Simply spectacular museum with a great historical legacy!!! I recommend your visit 100 per 100, if you visit Almeida you have to visit this enclave with great architectural value !!! I also recommend visiting the temporary exhibition hall where in this case we had the pleasure of seeing Spanish, English and French ships from the Battle of Trafalgar!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an avid historian I was not that thrilled with this museum. The entry fee of 3€ was a bit steep for the offering. I found the exhibits to be very static even though there are screens with very short videos available (that did not really explain much). There is a series of miniature castles that could have been interesting but lacked information/statistics. The outside walls and towers had very little information as well but they were interesting to look at.
