All the meals and drinks will be served on our Sister Property MGM Muthu Forte Da Oura.
Reception is open from 09:00 hours till 18:00 hours

The property reserves the right to charge 2 euros for flexible reservation as a credit card verification fee. This value is non-refundable and it is included in the total price of the reservation.
Group Booking Policy: Any booking of more than 5 rooms will require a 100% payment at the time of creation, which would be non-refundable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in! Not worthy of one star. The first room we were put in was dirty and didn’t even have basic facilities like air con. After complaining to the manager we were told there were no free rooms left until tomorrow. So we waited. Tomorrow came and there had been a misunderstanding and they meant the day after.
The reception was filled with disappointed holiday stayers all complaining about the state of their rooms. We had to wait 30 minutes to be seen by a member of staff by the amount of people complaining and their lack of staff.
I begged reception even offering to pay more to be moved to a ‘refurbed room’ yet they were unhelpful. I could not sleep in the originally room as it was hot, smelly (from people cooking in other rooms) and noisey.
After having a break down in reception they relunctly moved to us to a refurb room. Which was admittly a lot nicer. However I still would not class as a 4 star room. The hot water went and the toilet Kept breaking with one day taking more than 24 hours to be fixed. The room had been done up cheaply. The rooms were not even cleaned daily. To get clean towel you had to grab a maid when you rarely saw one or repeatly call reception until someone answered.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location. With a short journey to Old Town.
Avoid this hotel if you care about hygiene. I will be contacting my holiday rep and trying to get compensation from this holiday. I feel like I and back more stressed than I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel, very large & classy glass roofed entrance / reception area with lovley staff.
Very well maintained grounds, car parks, outside swimming pool and pool area very clean.
Lifts to all floors and our appartment on top floor is huge, more like a penthouse suit. Large bedroom with comfy beds / tv & safe & very large kitchen/ dining / living area with everything you can think of from tea towel to tv and includes aircon. Big bathroom with 4 PS & hair dryer. Loads of wardrobe/ cupboard space & mirrors everywhere. If there is one negative point, it is ever so slightly dated but other than that
very clean & comfortable with fast WiFi too. EXCELLANT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel needs to make a decision. Is this a family hotel or Stags and Hens. Came away tires and completely embarressed to be British. Appalling behaviour in front of children and very nervous looking staff. Its a shame as the staff are brilliant!!! Impressive foyer, rooms ok as a base BUT definitely NOT 5 star rated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not one for giving a bad review but people need to be aware. This is absolutely NOT a 5 star hotel. It is a 2 star at best. The pictures on the internet will definitely fool you. This hotel is not clean and the cleaners dont even know how to clean. There was a lot of mould in my room and my son has breathing problems so when i reported it, best believe it took almost 6 hours for a cleaner to come and remove the mould. YES MOULD IN A 5 STAR HOTEL. The fridge was disgusting, the bedsheets and pillows had stains. There is no noise control so dont bother complaining. Normally i won't bother with a bad review but (the mould situation really got to me) and if you are going to claim a 5 star hotel then you need to meet certain standards. Rant over. Stay at your own risk. The only good thing about this hotel is that it's close to the bars/clubs.

But rooms where dark and dingy .No remote for the aircon so no fresh air .the kitchen is basic with a job and microwave but not meny other items .I had to get the frying pan changed as the handle was hanging off. Took 3 visits to reception to get a mother one .we where self catering so stuck at the back of the hotel with no sunshine on the balcony. The maids where good and made the beds every 2 days and clean towels every two days .as for four people the put you ups in the kitchen area where not very comfortable . The pool was freezing as no fountain working to move the water .and we did try the food but no, it was very basic saw meny tables with plates left half full as people though the same..the bar closes at 23-00 so if you want to drink late the bars are just a minute away .with cheap breakfasts at most €2-50 there is no washing and drying facilities in the hotel to wash and dry clothes .we where told you have to walk to the sister hotel and pay to do it there as 5 star that faculty should be in all hotels. If you are lucky enough to get a front room with a balcony then you can dry the clothes there. As the sun Shines on those.not overly impressed with the hotel. I have been in better 3 /4 stars but you get what you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is stylish and the rooms are spacious. Air conditioning was free which was great. The only downfall was the rooms were not ready for us when we arrived so we were waiting till 4:30 to get our room. Also checkout was quite early at 11 in the morning but there is an area to leave your luggage.

Rooms are a really good size for 2-3 people and ive experienced smaller balconies before, ours still had a sea view, just.
We didnt go all inclusive, room only, which meant the buffet would have been expensive to take advantage of. There are lighter lunches for 6.50 with a drink and enjoyed evening meals at the plentiful local resterants. A good 4 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience in this hotel was simply delightful. Starting with the staff, always supportive, well presented and respectful. The food is really good! Even better than the food outside the hotel. A lot of variety and different choices every day. The swimming pool was cleaned every morning. A lot of fun no restrictions if you want to eat, drink, smoke outside the pool. The bedroom has plenty space, they accommodate 4 of us in the same room, but as they are apartment-rooms you will found it easy to move around without bumping with your relatives. Kitchen appliances included. 1 sofa bed with 2 single beds and 2 singles bed made into 1 king size bed, balcony, fridge, the staff clean every day and change towels every day. I totally recommend this beach hotel. No complaints at all!
