A	Amanda L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavei minha roupa branca na máquina maior e o que aconteceu foi a minha roupa ficar totalmente amarelada com aspecto de suja. Contactei o número de apoio e a mulher que me atendeu além de faltar com o respeito e ser irónica ainda sugeriu que não voltasse mais lá para usar suas máquinas. Péssimo atendimento ao cliente e senti ainda que foi preconceituosa ao telefone comigo. Nunca mais meto lá os pés. O cliente aqui nunca tem razão. I washed my white clothes in the bigger machine and what happened was that my clothes were totally yellow and looked dirty. I contacted the support number and the woman who answered me, besides lacking in respect and being ironic, even suggested that she never go back there to use her machines. Bad customer service and I still felt that she was prejudiced on the phone with me. I'll never put my feet there again. The customer here is never right.

Serviço de atendimento ao cliente não funciona (Já aconteceu também 2x de ter problema com a máquina 1, ela não travou a porta, não funcionou e perdi o dinheiro da lavagem). Preços altos. Pontos positivos: há sempre equipamento disponível, sabão e amaciador com bom aroma, tv sempre ligada e wifi sempre a funcionar bem. Negative points: do not give change when you want to recharge the user card. Customer service does not work (There was also 2x having a problem with machine 1, it did not lock the door, it did not work and I lost the washing money). High prices. Positives: there is always equipment available, soap and conditioner with good aroma, always on tv and wifi always working well.

Não há lá ninguém para ajudar e o número de apoio ninguém atende. Nunca mais lá vou I went to wash a duvet in the biggest machine they have there and on a warm program and the machine made a perfect hole in the duvet. There is nobody there to help and the support number nobody answers. I will never go there again

Este foi resolvido rapidamente pelo atendimento telefónico. Good service although I think the price is above average. There was no working MB and I had problems with the machine that received coins for payment. This was quickly resolved by telephone answering.
