★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Smartphone na loja MEO (MyPhone) do Jumbo de Alverca. Quando o liguei ele não arrancava, bloqueava. Levei-o imediatamente ao sitio o tinha comprado, o colaborador da loja pegou nele para ver se resolvia o problema, como não conseguiu meteu-o na caixa e deu instruções para a troca. Como não havia, disseram-me que tinha de aguardar. Ficou sempre embalado, nunca cheguei a abrir a caixa. Passado 8 dias recebi um telefonema a informar que já tinha chegado o novo aparelho. Dirigi-me a loja mas a troca não foi feita porque quase a lupa disseram-me que havia um risco que com certeza não foi feito por mim, mas, sim pelo colaborador. Mas quem é o prejudicado e o responsável?
Por isso meus senhores e minhas senhoras evitem esta loja no JUMBO DE ALVERCA. Tem um serviço péssimo.
 I bought a smartphone from the MEO (MyPhone) store in Jumbo de Alverca. When I turned it on it wouldn't start, it would block. I immediately took it to the place I had bought it, the store employee picked it up to see if it solved the problem, how could not put it in the box and gave instructions for exchange. As there were none, they told me that I had to wait. It was always packed, I never even opened the box. Eight days later I received a call informing that the new device had arrived. I went to the store but the exchange was not made because almost the magnifying glass told me that there was a risk that was certainly not made by me, but by the employee. But who is the harmed and responsible?
So my ladies and gentlemen avoid this shop in JUMBO DE ALVERCA. It has a terrible service.
