★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudança de direção ajudou bastante, mais disponibilidade de stock, mais organizado e limpo, contudo deixo apenas a minha sugestão para que na parte da padeiria/charcutaria tivesse mais gestão de organização, seria útil umas senhas para os dias de mais fluxo, pois nem sempre a colaboradora desta disponível para ver quem chega primeiro, é depois "acredita" em quem está na fila e gera desconforto nas pessoas que estão.
Máscara é lei ser usada, colaboradoras conseguem dizer a pessoas de idade para não entrarem sem a mesma e chamam a atenção para que esteja bem colocada, o que concordo em cem por cento na atitude, deixo apenas que se o fazem com pessoas mais de idade, terão que ser Mulherzinhas para o fazerem seja com quem for.
Change of direction helped a lot, more availability of stock, more organized and clean, however I leave only my suggestion that in the bakery / charcuterie part it had more organization management, it would be useful some passwords for the days of more flow, because not always the employee is available to see who gets there first, then "believes" in whoever is in the queue and creates discomfort in the people who are.
Mask is law to be used, collaborators are able to tell people of age not to enter without it and call attention to it being well placed, which I agree with 100% in the attitude, I just let it be done with older people , they will have to be Mulherzinhas to do it with anyone.
