O ashtanga é um sistema poderoso e belíssimo, atribuo-lhe algumas das mais extraordinárias transformações (ganhos ao nível da saúde física e mental) ao longo de todos estes anos. O Nuno é um professor atento, com muita experiência prática e elevado saber técnico, que nos ensina e orienta sempre guiado pela sua sensibilidade. O MYOGA é assim um espaço familiar e acolhedor onde a nossa prática pode evoluir todos os dias e sempre devidamente acompanhada.
I have been practicing with Nuno since 2012 and since then I strongly recommend him to anyone looking to discover the practice of yoga. Ashtanga is a powerful and beautiful system, I attribute some of the most extraordinary transformations (gains in terms of physical and mental health) over all these years. Nuno is an attentive teacher, with a lot of practical experience and high technical knowledge, who teaches and guides us always guided by his sensitivity. MYOGA is thus a familiar and welcoming space where our practice can evolve every day and always accompanied.
