Efetuei uma encomenda e até hoje após vários contatos (instagram, Facebook, telefone e no próprio site) não obtive qualquer Feedback. É lamentável terem uma loja online e não terem o mínimo de cuidado com o cliente online.
Para além disso, alerto que o vosso site deve ser melhorado, ao efetuar a encomenda o mesmo bloqueou por diversas vezes, não sabendo assim em que estado ficou a encomenda.
Uma marca tão conceituada devia melhorar não só o seu site com a comunicação com o cliente online.
My experience is related to the Myos online store.
I placed an order and until today after several contacts (instagram, Facebook, phone and on the website) I have not received any Feedback. It's a shame to have an online store and not be careful with the online customer.
In addition, I warn that your site must be improved, when placing the order it blocked several times, not knowing the status of the order.
Such a reputable brand should improve not only its website with online customer communication.
