In my experience, both personally and professionally (ecommerce), it is the best express distribution company operating in Portugal!
Delivery within 24 hours, easy resolution of very few incidents, proactive. Leiria's team is amazing in the way it treats customers and helps them make deliveries without fail. Well do you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A melhor transportadora! Sempre que me dão a possibilidade, opto pela Nacex. Sempre muito disponíveis, os estafetas são super profissionais e de uma extrema simpatia. Já tive inclusive de ir ao "armazém" em Leiria e foram super atenciosos. Recomendo!
The best carrier! Whenever I'm given the possibility, I opt for Nacex. Always very available, the couriers are super professional and extremely friendly. I've even had to go to the "warehouse" in Leiria and they were super attentive. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma estrela ainda é muito. Péssimo serviço. Péssimo . Péssimo, após um telefonema por parte do estafeta que disse passar as 16:30 para entregar uma encomenda, esperei até às 19:00 e nada de aparecer nem atender . Não recomendo a ninguém.
One star is still a lot. Terrible service. Terrible . Terrible, after a phone call from the courier who said it was 4:30 pm to deliver an order, I waited until 7:00 pm and no one appeared or answered. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Contactei com a agência por telefone e pediram-me para enviar novamente email mas nada aconteceu.
Péssimos, cheira a falta de profissionalismo mal se entra na agência (além da falta de simpatia).
I've sent several emails to request a price list but never got a response.
I contacted the agency by phone and they asked me to send an email again but nothing happened.
Terrible, it smells of lack of professionalism as soon as you enter the agency (in addition to the lack of friendliness).
