★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mau serviço. Ficaram de entregar a encomenda no dia 24, supostamente estiveram no escritorio e nada. No dia 25 tive que ser eu a ligar com eles para saber a situação, ficaram de me entregar nesse mesmo dia e nada.
Pior, puseram no site às 19h55 que tinham acordado comigo a entrega. Verdade, mas era até essa hora.
O Apoio ao Cliente é algo ridiculo.
 Very bad service. They were to deliver the order on the 24th, supposedly they were in the office and nothing. On the 25th, I had to call them to find out the situation, they gave me that day and nothing.
Worse, they put it on the site at 7:55 pm that they had agreed with me on delivery. True, but it was until that time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ grupo de incompetentes , já não é a primeira vez que tento receber uma encomenda com dia marcado desta transportadora marcada por eles e depois ligo 8× e não atendem os telefonemas 2 horas antes de eles fecharem. Mais uma vez vocês grupo nacex ( zona Guimarães não merecem o dinheiro que vos são pagos) se eu pudesse dava-vos -5 estrelas pelo vosso trabalho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afirmam que não tinham a morada completa. Que me ligaram num hora na qual eu não tenho registo de chama(?). Falei com o estafeta da entrega e este não quis saber a morada completa pois "já não dava para entregar". Resumindo: muito mau o serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entregaram a encomenda 3 dias depois do combinado, paguei para entregarem 23 horas e só entregaram passado mais de 78h e a encomenda vinha partida, partiram um ecra e uma capa traseira e vinha bem embalada e for capazes de partir o conteúdo todo não resistiu nada de nada e ainda se acham com razão

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Constantemente a trocar de funcionários não resulta entregas feitas fora do dia estipulado. Pedi para me contactar no dia a seguir para não uma pessoa dois dias seguidos de plantão disseram que sim senhor estou a espera até hoje

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encomenda com vários dias de atraso. Ligo de manhã e dizem que foi um lapso e entregam durante o dia. No entanto passa o dia todo e não recebo nada para além que ligo no horário de funcionamento ao fim da tarde e ninguém atende mesmo depois de varias chamadas. Já não é a primeira vez que esta empresa apresenta um serviço muito fraco .. Não recomendo!!
Order several days late. I call in the morning and they say it was a mistake and they deliver during the day. However, it goes on all day and I don't receive anything except that I call during opening hours in the late afternoon and no one answers even after several calls. It's not the first time that this company has a very poor service .. I don't recommend it!!
