 I went to Kalevala's two-time session for treatment because of my hip pain. After the treatments I did not need analgesics during my vacation. I walked and cycled a lot. The pains are still gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was feeling a bit “beat up” too much gym, riding and walking and needed a refresh with body realignment. Pasi has worked on me before and I came away feeling great. This was a 90 minute session with no pain , gentle manipulation and the results were, once again excellent. I left with head held high and despite the Portimão heat, with a spring in my step. It’s so surprising to have a massage/manipulation working so well on areas that previously I would have expected only brute force to tenderise and relieve the problem. A really good massage . thanks.

Until then, I was not aware that I had so much tension accumulated in my neck, forehead and shoulders. Paul's technique is the perfect balance between subtlety and strength and his approach is firm but gentle at the same time. It was very pleasurable indeed and I was marveled as I noticed an energetic flow restored in my head, face, neck and upper back. It seemed that muscles that were never used before were brought to life again. A feeling of relaxation and lightness has been with me ever since, and I strongly recommend it.
