As instalações tem qualidade e estão bem apetrechadas. Tem um amplo parque de estacionamento bem como a prática de modalidades fixa como taekwondo, kickboxe ginástica, etc. Os acessos são igualmente bom e fica relativamente perto da marginal, menos de 2km
