★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibile ? qualcuno ha commentato positivamente il vostro servizio...o io sono stata particolarmente sfortunata o i commenti positivi ve li siete fatti voi stessi.
Senza dilungarmi troppo:
1. Abbiamo girato a vuoto durante 20 minuti non trovandolo perché in realtá non esiste un ufficio "rent a car", bensí é un "residence praia do norte" con una insegna praticamente invisibile (vedi immagini allegate).
2. L'auto ci é stata consegnata sporca (tra l'altro in tempi di Covid) ed in riserva.
3. Una volta riconsegnata da parte nostra in ottimo stato all'impiegata Patricia é venuta una crisi di nervi con urla e pianti annessi perché abbiamo reclamato la consegna immediata della caparra di 950€ ?♀️.
Un' esperienza surreale. Professionalitá zero.
Unbelievable ? someone commented positively on your service ... either I was particularly unlucky or you made the positive comments yourself.
Without going too far:
1. We wandered around for 20 minutes without finding it because in reality there is no "rent a car" office, but it is a "residence praia do norte" with a practically invisible sign (see attached images).
2. The car was delivered to us dirty (among other things in times of Covid) and in reserve.
3. Once returned by us in excellent condition to the employee Patricia, a nervous breakdown came with screams and tears because we demanded the immediate delivery of the deposit of 950 € ?♀️.
A surreal experience. Zero professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei de véspera para reservar duas bicicletas. Apesar da antecedência, no dia foram-nos presentes duas bicicletas em estado deplorável, cheias de ferrugem no quadro mas não só, incluindo a corrente e as cremalheiras (enferrujadas e sem pinga de lubrificação). Lamentável que no mínimo não tenham tentado uma manutenção... O objectivo era fazer largas dezenas de kms ao longo da ciclovia local. Optámos por não levar as bicicletas. Se a gerência não tem intenção em investir no aluguer de bicicletas, recomendo que não o publicite. Nota negativa também para a apresentação das instalações, que não estão identificadas como Nazarécar (como já referido noutro comentário), difíceis de encontrar.
I called the day before to book two bikes. Despite the advance, on the day we were presented with two bicycles in a deplorable condition, full of rust on the frame, but not only, including the chain and the racks (rusty and without lubrication drip). It is unfortunate that at least they have not tried maintenance ... The goal was to make dozens of kilometers long along the local bike path. We chose not to take the bikes. If management has no intention of investing in bicycle rental, I recommend that you do not advertise it. Negative note also for the presentation of the facilities, which are not identified as Nazarécar (as already mentioned in another comment), difficult to find.

Rented a small car for 6 days and I returned it with just a few scratches on passenger door caused by something passing when it was parked. Instead of paying the 30-40 Euro it would have cost them to repaint, I was charged with 230 Euros!
Scam company - be very careful renting from them!
