Cobram serviço completo de barba e cabelo e só fazem metade. Quando confrontados com isso a resposta foi pronta “o cliente tem direito à lavagem, quando corta o cabelo, mas só fazemos se pedir”. A a mesma coisa “o cliente tem direito à barba completa, você é que só quis acertar em cima e em baixo”. Enfim, fui literalmente assaltado, na base da sem vergonhice em 17,99 euros!(Falta dizer que o corte de cabelo foi passar pente 3 em toda a cabeça e mais nada)
Brazilian swindlers.
They charge full service for beard and hair and only do half. When faced with this, the answer was prompt "the client has the right to wash when he cuts his hair, but we only do it if we ask". The same thing "the customer has the right to a full beard, you just wanted to get it right up and down". Anyway, I was literally robbed, on the basis of shamelessness at 17.99 euros! (It goes without saying that the haircut was combing 3 across the head and nothing else)
