Pedi um cinzeiro, lá trouxeram, mas deram me logo o recado onde posso ir buscar. Sentei me pedi um café perguntaram me se tinha troco... como não tinha, pediram me logo o dinheiro para não fazerem duas viagens!
Nice place, it's a pity the employees don't want to work.... it's just not coffee sel service, as this is inside the counter. I asked for an ashtray, they brought it there, but they immediately gave me a message where I can go get it. I sat down and asked for a coffee, they asked me if I had change... as I didn't, they asked me for the money right away so they wouldn't make two trips!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já foi uma boa pastelaria. Perdeu bastante qualidade, principalmente no atendimento. A nossa família encomendou com antecedência um bolo de aniversário para os 99 anos da avó. Hoje quando fomos levantar o bolo disseram-nos que se tinham esquecido. Perante a falha nada sugeriram para remediar a irresponsabilidade cometida. Fomos a outra pastelaria que nos fez um excelente bolo personalizado em 40 minutos.
It was once a good pastry. It lost a lot of quality, especially in service. Our family pre-ordered a birthday cake for grandma's 99th birthday. Today when we went to lift the cake they told us they had forgotten. Faced with the failure, they suggested nothing to remedy the irresponsibility committed. We went to another pastry that made us an excellent custom cake in 40 minutes.
