★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com o "desaparecimento" do "meu" sapateiro habitual recorri ao Google e encontrei esta alternativa. Não é particularmente barato (4€ para colar uma sola de uma bota é o dobro do que costumava pagar), mas se calhar é por isso que ainda está em actividade. Rápido, cortez e profissional.
With the "disappearance" of "my" usual cobbler I turned to Google and found this alternative. It's not particularly cheap (4 € to attach a sole to a boot is double what you used to pay), but maybe that's why it's still in business. Fast, courteous and professional.

Afinal nenhuma das coisas foram ajeitadas r eu simplesmente perdi meu tempo e dinheiro me deslocando de uber de santos até a loja do Nelson para encontrar a loja fechada em plena terça feira e no dia seguinte eu precisava de viajar para Milano, sendo assim, novamente pagando mais transporte e tendo que esperar a boa vontade do dono para que a loja estivesse aberta no horário dito pelo o mesmo. E o mesmo fez pouco caso para mim. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum, só tem lábia para parecer simpático, porque profissionalismo eu não vi nenhum.
My experience was terrible. I just stressed, wasted time and money. I asked to fix my boot and suitcase, 25 €. After all none of the things were fixed r I simply wasted my time and money traveling from uber de santos to Nelson's store to find the store closed on Tuesday and the next day I needed to travel to Milano, so, again paying more transport and having to wait for the goodwill of the owner so that the store was open at the time said by the same. And the same made little case for me. I do not recommend it at all, there is just a wit to look nice, because I didn’t see any professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegué con la tapa de un tacón roto y me lo hizo a mano ajustando otro mayor en un tiempo récord y dejando los zapatos de ante como nuevos. Me cobró 5€ cuando la última vez que los arreglé en España fueron 15€!! Rápido y cortés.
I arrived with a broken heel cap and he did it by hand, adjusting a bigger one in record time and leaving the suede shoes like new. He charged me €5 when the last time I fixed them in Spain it was €15!! Quick and courteous.
