Newface - De novo como novo - Newface.pt
A Newface esteve presente na abertura do Museu Automóvel, na Marina de Cascais, onde teve a oportunidade de mostrar o trabalho de recuperação feito num fato de piloto do início do século XX, em pele.
Esta relíquia apresentava-se em péssimo estado de conservação, mas a equipa Newface aplicou todo o seu conhecimento e perícia no tratamento das zonas mais afetadas do fato, nomeadamente as costas do casaco e o capacete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei 70,00 e foram muito mal gasto, disseram que limparam os estofos e não estava nem húmidos, a sujidade estava igual, mal aspirado, a bagageira nem aspiraram, os vidros quando sobe vem com uma pasta riscando, dentro dos compartimentos a mesma sugeria, a lataria foi lavada e secado mal, ficou várias manchas, LUGAR PARA NUNCA MAIS VOLTAR, meu nissan Qashqai já foi mais bem tratado pela metade do valor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Natal, eu estava com minha família e, quando voltei, porque não usamos muito o carro, não percebi que muitas manchas de mofo haviam aparecido e estavam se espalhando por todo o estofamento e plásticos.
Na quinta-feira à tarde, liguei para Newface porque tenho que fazer uma longa viagem com o carro e perguntei por que duvidava que eles pudessem me atender na sexta-feira. Eles foram muito amigáveis e marcaram uma consulta de manhã.
O preço parecia um pouco caro, mas o problema não era pequeno. Eles fecham às 18:00, mas eu tive que ir ao médico e estava muito atrasado, eles esperaram por mim até às 19:00 para que eu pudesse pegar o carro. Devo dizer que passou muito tempo sem limpar o interior e, se não fosse pelo desgaste do couro do volante, o interior do carro era com novo, mesmo em áreas de acesso complexo.

At Christmas, I was with my family, and when I came back, because we didn't use the car much, I didn't realize that many mold stains had appeared and were spreading across the upholstery and plastics.
On Thursday afternoon, I called Newface because I have to take a long drive with the car and asked why I doubted they would be able to answer me on Friday. They were very friendly and made an appointment in the morning.
The price seemed a little expensive, but the problem was not small. They close at 6 pm, but I had to go to the doctor and I was very late, they waited for me until 7 pm so I could get the car. I must say that it has gone a long time without cleaning the interior and, if it weren't for the wear of the leather of the steering wheel, the interior of the car was new, even in areas of complex access.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service in Lisboa. And that's saying something. I had my car booked in for a wash at 4pm. Made sure I was early, only to be told I'd have to come back another day because they were too busy. Not sure why they even bother with appointments.
