Não posso excluir a hipótese de se tratar de um daqueles esquemas online em que vendem produtos que não existem, após o pagamento dos clientes que os querem comprar revelam que não os têm em armazém (pois se não existem, é natural) e quando os clientes querem o dinheiro de volta trancam-no como crédito para os impingir a comprar, obrigatoriamente, alguma coisa que de facto vendam. Por isso, não é do seu interesse revelar antecipadamente se um artigo está de facto à venda antes de haver um pagamento.
 I contacted twice online without response and the experience ended there.
I cannot exclude the possibility that it is one of those online schemes in which they sell products that do not exist, after paying customers who want to buy them reveal that they do not have them in stock (because if they do not exist, it is natural) and when customers they want the money back and lock it as a credit to force them to buy something that they actually sell. So it is not in your interest to reveal in advance whether an item is actually for sale before there is a payment.
