★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa pouco profissional. No prédio onde habito, estamos sem elevador há 3 meses, enviaram um orçamento de 2000€ para procederem à substituição de duas placas, já se procedeu ao pagamento e continuam sem reparar, alegando sempre que as placas não encaixam!!! É no mínimo estranho...
 Unprofessional company. In the building where I live, we have no elevator for 3 months, they sent a 2000€ budget to replace two plates, payment has already been made and they continue without repair, always claiming that the plates do not fit!!! It's weird to say the least...

No prédio onde moro, temos um elevador parado há mais de um mês, situação que ocorreu no ano de 2020 por mais de dois meses num outro elevador.
Os funcionários sabem perfeitamente a falta que faz o elevador, pois é o único que dá acesso às garagens, tendo sido feitas reclamações, via telefone, por vários moradores e a cada morador contam uma história diferente, motivo que leva a desconfiar de mentiras sucessivas por parte dos responsáveis.
Apenas um funcionário, que faz o serviço de piquete, consegue resolver certos assuntos urgentes e com todo o profissionalismo.

Only one employee, who does the picket service, manages to resolve certain urgent matters and with all the professionalism.
