★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem in the carter of the oil, that received a hit and got a hole. When I took it to Norauto, they proposed a budget of 1800 euros which included change of the oil pump and other issues. When I took it with a trailer to my mechanic instead, he fixed the hole in the carter and changed the oil for 100 euros.
Something similar happend with another problem in the head gasket, they made a lot of repairs till getting to the real problem, that they solved with a high price (1500€ after bargain).
I am not convinced about the service, and much less about their attitude (they do not even have a look to the car when u arrive).
